Why You Should Cook At Home This Fall

What Vegan Meals You Should Cook This Fall
1. CHEESECAKE STUFFED PUMPKIN MUFFINS
I usually save the best for last, but when I saw these cheesecake stuffed pumpkin muffins from Savor The Best, I almost lost it! I will be honest- this recipe is not vegan. However, with a few minor vegan substitutions, these will still be delicious! I am so inspired to try these for an upcoming book club meeting that I am hosting and I will be sure to let you guys know how they turned out!

2. VEGAN CAULIFLOWER BUFFALO WINGS
One of my absolute favorite things is buffalo sauce and once I stopped eating chicken, I realized that I didn't really miss it, I missed the flavor of the sauce that I would use on my chicken. Try these vegan cauliflower wings from Nora Cooks.

4. VEGAN MAC & CHEESE
I found this recipe last year and have not stopped making it since. I make it at least once a month and this batch makes enough for 2 small bread pans. It is amazing! Sometimes I add truffle oil or jalepeño! Loving It Vegan is a genius for this!

5. GLUTEN FREE APPLE CRISP
Like chili, apple crisp is another fall staple! I could eat a whole pan of apple crips in one sitting (not necessarily proud of that) nonetheless, I can't wait to try this gluten from recipe from The Real Foodie Titans.

6. VEGAN RAMEN
Ramen and vegan? Sign me up! If there is one thing that screams fall, its soup! Here in Los Angeles, there are so many restaurants with great ramen, but sometimes the vegan ramen falls short of anything past just ok. I look forward to trying this ramen recipe from Choosing Chia for a flavorful dish!
