Better late than never, right?! That's how I feel about this post. I've been wanting to dedicate a post sharing a few pieces that I think every girl needs in her wardrobe this summer for a few weeks now and alas, she is here!

How to Style as a Petite Woman?

One thing about trends are the they are not always suitable for your body type. It's important to know what your specific body type is, what types of clothes to avoid and which ones to embrace to enhance your natural shape.

As a petite woman, I am 5'2", I tent to stay away from long-oversized dresses, long shorts, spaghetti strap tops and low rise jeans. Alternatively, I love high rise jeans, crop tops, long sleeves and medium length-mini dresses & skirts.

The best way to decide what styles of clothes suit your body type and shape is to try them all. Generally speaking, I like to wear anything that elongates my legs and torso and I stay away from anything that swallows me up, like a long/boxy dress.
